Devil may cry 5 download full rip app. Anyways, a couple months ago I bought a p28 with hondata s200 chipped with some program the guy had for his car. Now, I just started reading about this DIY thing and would like to know if there is somehow I can use my s200 to tune myself (the s200 I have does NOT have datalogging)? Do I hook the laptop to the s200 and download a ROM editor? You now have to buy a license to get the full version of ROM Editor for S200.

Yes you can download it off the site if you are a dealer, but to make it work you are forced to call Hondata and provide them with the serial number from your S200, etc. If you are not supposed to have ROMeditor (i.e. You didn't buy it from them), they will not give you the registration code.
Plus on top of that the registration code is install time & computer specific. I reinstalled everything on my laptop, then tryed to put V3.2 back on (with the same registration code, etc.) and it does not work. Tough luck bud.
Buy it from Hondata or beat it. You know what I found out today. I hit the Hondata forums and talked to a guy on AIM that said he worked for Hondata and he was arguing with me telling me PR4's couldn't run VTEC yet I have it done S200 Program. My question to him was getting it hooked up to my computer, I told him I remembered some what big blue boxes coming with the ECU's in the mail at the shop, and I asked rob if it was mine to keep, and he said no, I have to send it back or they'll charge me. I gotta call him today and talk to him about that.cause the hondata guy said I was supposed to keep the blue box.
Cause right now all I have is a Honda PR4 witha jumper harness thing coming out of the side of the ecu from Hondata.and no magic electric blue boxes to hook up to my computer.so mega gayed. But I don't think I would just send you my $400 ecu and have it not come back to me, so I'm gonna try and sort this out with rob and hondata cause its bull shit.
